Sanitation Emergency

There are sinks in most bathrooms for a reason. Everyone is expected to wash their hands after usage of the porcelain throne. I am a male, I pretty much have to handle myself everytime I use the bathroom, whether a urinal or the actual toilet. My hands will always need to be washed after use. What I don't get is how everyone else doesn't have this same mindset. When using a home bathroom compared to a public bathroom the rules are somewhat different. It's okay to skip out on washing your hands when at home in the private of your own house unless you have a guest. If you have a guest you should be required to wash your hands no matter what. The same applies if you are a guest, wash your hands. If you are alone, you are allowed to skip it. Everyday, I use the bathroom around 11:40AM, everyday I see guys walk in, use the bathroom, and walk out. The funny thing is, when they finish their business, they always speed out of the restroom in shame. They know they've done wrong.
