Mandatory Blogging

In my photo class, my teacher is making us all blog about a topic. She doesn't understand what blogging is, it's not just writing about a topic, it's about displaying emotion and showing understanding. Not everyone can blog and it's made clear who that is through the system she has set up. She gives us a minimum word count and then gives us a question to answer. If you want to blog you have to understand that it's not just answering a question, you have to show emotion and give detail, it really bothers me that she advertises it as "Blogging".
